State base, pays $4,000 over Texas State Teacher Rate ( $2,000 in year-one and $2,000 in year-two) and $10,000 term life insurance. District health insurance contribution. Cafeteria plan available.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. A highly-quality prekindergarten program must ensure that a teacher of a high-quality prekindergarten program class is appropriately certified under statute TEC §29.167 (b)/Commissioner's Rule TAC §102.1003 (d). Valid Texas teaching certification with elementary certification.
